For most of my life, I’ve been fascinated by the invisible forces that shape our decisions. The patterns we can’t help but notice. The gut feelings we talk ourselves out of. The signs, synchronicities, and quiet inner nudges that seem to arrive at exactly the right moment. Again and again, I found that the women I was working with didn’t need more information. They needed a way to trust what they already knew.

Today, my work guides women to discover how intuition naturally speaks to them so they can stop dismissing their inner knowing, trust their own wisdom, and follow the deeper truth of who they are becoming.

Through Human Design, intuitive pattern recognition, lived experience, and practical strategy, I help women understand the unique ways guidance is already showing up in their lives.
